ID_DISTRITO: <\/SPAN><\/SPAN>Número de distrito en el que se ubica el predio.<\/SPAN><\/P>

DISTRITO: Identificador del distrito con nombre.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

LOCALIZACIÓN: <\/SPAN><\/SPAN>Número de identificación único del predio, es un número interno a la Municipalidad de San José, compuesto por los números de distrito, bloque, predio y derecho.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

CEDULA: <\/SPAN><\/SPAN>Número de cédula de identidad (persona física o jurídica) del propietario del predio.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

PROPIETARIO: <\/SPAN><\/SPAN>Nombre del propietario de la finca que representa el polígono, conforme al Registro Nacional de la Propiedad.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

OBSERVACIÓN: <\/SPAN><\/SPAN>Observaciones o anotaciones adicionales sobre el predio.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

TIPO_PROPIETARIO:<\/SPAN><\/SPAN> Tipo de propietario según sea Estatal, Municipal o Privado.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

FECHA: Fecha en la que se hizo el estudio.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

NATURALEZA: <\/SPAN><\/SPAN>Naturaleza o vocación de la finca según Registro Nacional de la Propiedad(estudio registral).<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

PLANO: número de plano catastrado del inmueble, conforme a lo indicado por la Dirección del Catastro Nacional.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>
